I will be delivering the CD to you 3 to 6 days after shooting, either here in Cancun or to your home address if you leave before it is ready. Photo gifts such as books, mugs, mousepads, keychains will be sent to your home address in all cases.

If you'd like to go home with your completed package you will have to let me chose the images for photo production or slideshow. If timing doesn't allow or if you want to chose your own images you will have to contact me and I will complete the package and I will send it to you by email or regular mail.

No, your access to the photos on the website link is protected by password.

Can we order from the wegallery link you'll give us?

Yes, you can order a variety of products from the website.

If there would be bad weather do we lose our deposit or can we reschedule?

I can reschedule 24 hours prior the shooting in case of bad weather. Your photos shoot will be rescheduled according to the photographers availability and your convenience.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is refundable only in case of the photographer's failure to accomplish the agreement (such as technical problems)

If there would be a hurricane or tropical storm will we lose our deposit?

No, you can reschedule the shooting after the storm has passed.

Yes, images are high quality .jpg format. Usually 2 to 4 MB or higher. Printable up to 16"x24" or larger.

I will take as many photos as time allows. There is no limit. It can range from 40 to 500 photos depending on package chosen.

I suggest the following: solid colors, white top and jeans, black and white, all white, all black, white and kakhi.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards but cash is preferred.

Do you accept Checks?

Sorry I don't accept checks.

Do you release copyright on the photos?
